By accessing or using StyleCopilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. Your continued use of StyleCopilot constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.

Account & Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use StyleCopilot.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account credentials.
  • Each person may maintain only one active account.

Service Description

StyleCopilot is an AI-powered wardrobe management application that helps you digitize your closet, receive styling recommendations, and plan outfits. The service operates on a credits system with multiple subscription tiers offering different levels of access to AI features.

Credits & Billing

  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased or allocated.
  • Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

AI-Generated Content

  • AI styling suggestions and outfit recommendations are provided for reference only and should not be considered professional fashion advice.
  • We make no guarantee of fashion accuracy or suitability for any particular occasion.
  • AI-generated images (such as virtual try-on results) are derivative works based on your uploaded content.

Acceptable Use

  • You may not upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
  • Automated scraping, data harvesting, or bulk extraction of any kind is prohibited.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the application is not permitted.

Data & Privacy

Your use of StyleCopilot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability

StyleCopilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for fashion outcomes, wardrobe decisions, or any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated suggestions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted within the application. Your continued use of StyleCopilot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
